Our Team

Barrister Łukasz Korpecki is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Łódź. In 2007, he completed a post-graduate programme in French Law at the François Rabelais University of Tours. He has taken part in multiple training courses and conferences devoted to intellectual property management, conducted by both national and foreign practitioners and theoreticians.

He has long experience in representing companies with regard to commercial, tax, civil, and criminal fiscal law. He also specialises in conducting training courses for entrepreneurs on tax compliance. He successfully represents borrowers in disputes with banks in CHF credits cases.

He is fluent in English and French.

He specialises in commercial law (including international commercial law), commercial companies law, civil law, tax law, issues connected with combating unfair competition, copyright, e-commerce, and labour law. He has a few years of experience in legal representation of business entities, gained during his work in reputable legal offices in Łódź and Warsaw.

He successfully represents borrowers in disputes with banks in CHF credit cases.

2014 - 2018 he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Bionanopark Ltd. in Lodz. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Łódź. In 2008, he completed a post-degree programme German Law School organised by the University of Münster. He was a Socrates/Erasmus grant holder at the University of Göttingen.

He is fluent in English and German.

He specialises in claiming property and personal compensation.

Barrister Anna Stępniak was entered into the list of barristers of the Łódź Bar Association in 2015. She completed legal apprenticeship in the District Bar Council in Łódź. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin.

She specialises in cases concerning family law, administrative law as well as labour and social security law.
