Ongoing legal services with regard to labour law based on applicable regulations and the current judicial practice, including:
Assessment of agreements;
Consultancy on agreement termination;
Drawing up and assessing the Client’s internal labour law acts;
Analysis of compliance with the law in connection with employee issues (due diligence);
Job restructuring including company takeover, group layoffs, and outsourcing;
Legal services with regard to disputes with the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) and the National Labour Inspectorate (PIP).
