We offer legal services to both employers and employees. Therefore we are able to view each problem from the perspective of both sides of the employment relationship and suggest the Client the best possible solution.

We ensure:

  • Representation in disputes with an employer or an employee and union organisations representing a given employee;

  • Ongoing legal services with regard to labour law based on applicable regulations and the current judicial practice, including:

    • Assessment of agreements;
    • Consultancy on agreement termination;
    • Drawing up and assessing the Client’s internal labour law acts;
    • Analysis of compliance with the law in connection with employee issues (due diligence);
    • Job restructuring including company takeover, group layoffs, and outsourcing;
    • Legal services with regard to disputes with the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) and the National Labour Inspectorate (PIP).
